Zuptu Suite

Zuptu Suite is a project management platform for teams and enterprises that need more structure than a simple task board. Organisations model their projects as a hierarchy, assign each level to specific people, and control exactly what each role can see and do.

We built the platform on ASP.NET, working closely with the client's stakeholders and project managers in short, iterative cycles.

Larger organisations rarely work in a flat list of projects. Work is split across divisions, teams, and individuals, each with different responsibilities and access needs. Generic tools made it hard to reflect that structure, assign work at the right level, or keep everyone informed as plans changed.

The product also had to work for people away from their desks, so managers and team members could check and update tasks on a phone or tablet.

We designed a hierarchical data model so organisations can build their own structure of divisions, projects, and teams, and assign users at each level. Roles carry configurable rules and permissions, so every user sees the work and actions relevant to them. Work, user, and group tasks share reusable templates, a calendar view, and analytics.

Email notifications keep stakeholders informed about updates and deadlines. The responsive Bootstrap 5 interface, with Hammer.js touch gestures, makes the full product usable on mobile, and the platform runs on Microsoft Azure.
