oladoc

oladoc is a healthcare platform that helps patients in Pakistan find and book doctors, hospitals, lab tests, and procedures in cities including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Doctors can also join the platform to list their practice.

We built the platform across web and mobile: doctor search, appointment and video-consultation booking, lab tests, surgeries, and the patient and doctor accounts behind them.

Finding the right doctor often means phone calls, word of mouth, and visits to several clinics. Patients need to compare doctors by specialty, condition, and location, and then book a time without calling around.

The platform also had to serve two sides at once: patients booking care, and doctors and hospitals managing their listings, alongside services such as lab tests with home sample collection.

We built search around how patients think: by city, specialty, condition, or treatment, with doctor profiles and reviews to help them choose. Booking works for in-clinic visits, online video consultations, and hospital appointments.

Patients sign in with their phone number and an OTP, and the same accounts work across the website and the iOS and Android apps. Images are served from a CDN so pages stay quick on mobile connections.
