Crewtic is a workforce management platform for employers that run shift-based and field crews in sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and field services.
We built the product as one platform: a web application for managers and administrators, companion mobile apps for iOS and Android, and the public marketing site.
The challenge
Business challenge
Shift-based teams often manage rosters, clock-ins, payroll inputs, and employee documents in separate tools and spreadsheets. Every handover between those tools is a chance for errors and duplicated admin.
The product needed to connect those steps, so that approved attendance flows into payroll and managers see the state of every shift in one place.
The solution
What we built
We structured Crewtic as a set of modules that share the same employee and shift data: Scheduling, Attendance, Payroll & Payslips, Documents, and Reports. Customers can start with the modules they need and add the rest later.
Attendance captured on mobile, including geo-tagged checks, feeds the approval flow, and approved hours carry through to pay calculations and exportable reports.
